Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.

This blog is not aimed to be perfect. It was set up to help organize and share some scripts that I find useful in data analysis. I will cover some aspects of python and R. I am planning to provide some simple code for people who just started an adventure with coding, but I will also present more advanced and elaborated topics.

Additionally, I will share some thoughts over papers I have read that I think are worth sharing. I will try to cover a wide range of topics but there will obviously be a bias, dictated by my interests. One would be able to find topics on:

  1. 01nucleic acids recognition and regulation
  2. 02protein regulation, low complexity regions, protein aggregation
  3. 03bioinformatics
  4. 04biochemistry
  5. 05crystallography
  6. 06all-omics
  7. 07evolution
  8. 08technological developments

Workshop Small electronics projects, built between experiments.

Moreover, as I am developing some small electronics projects, I will post snapshots about what I am up to currently.

If you have any suggestions on topics or content, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you would like to contribute with your own content, feel free to write to me.

Let's begin!
