My name is Krzysztof Kus and I am a biologist, crystallographer and bioinformatician. Apart from the areas of my main scientific activity I like electronics, quantum mechanics, evolution, astronomy, cinema, traveling.
My education? I have recently obtained a Ph.D. in structural biology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. I have worked in the Protein-Nucleic Acids Interactions group led by Dr. Alekos Athanasiadis at Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência, Oeiras, Portugal. Earlier, I received my Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University, Kraków, Poland.
